JD Scott, Director of Operations, became interested in the culinary world while a student at Louisiana Tech when he worked at a startup restaurant. After a short time as an employee, he became a partner in the enterprise, and eventually co-owned and operated the company for five years before choosing a career in sales.

JD linked his love of the culinary world with his sales skills as an Owner Operator for AC Beverage Southwest,  which installs and services restaurant beverage systems. He is excited to expand into high-quality coffee through his work with Fainting Goat Coffee Roasters.
